  2. California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure
On January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 went into effect in the State of California. As a result, many companies manufacturing or selling products in California are required to disclose their efforts to address the issues of human trafficking and slavery, thereby allowing consumers to make better, more informed choices regarding the products they buy and the companies they choose to support.

This disclosure is being made in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657). MOTORO Parts, as well as its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, Motoro Parts), remain committed to holding ourselves to the highest ethical standards. We have been guided by our Core Values which are supported by our Code of Conduct and associated policies.

MOTORO Parts does not condone slavery or human trafficking and does not knowingly conduct business with companies who engage in such practices. Currently, we do not verify, either ourselves or via a third party, or require suppliers to verify product supply chain risk related to human trafficking and slavery, audit suppliers to evaluate human trafficking and slavery risks, or require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into products comply with laws regarding human trafficking and slavery. MOTORO Parts is not currently engaged in maintaining internal standards for employees and contractors regarding human trafficking and slavery or engaged in training employees or contractors on these matters. Our suppliers, however, are vetted and are required to warrant that goods or services furnished were produced or performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
