Limited Lifetime Warranty
MOTORO Parts offers a limited lifetime warranty for its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal, non-commercial use. The Warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the end user.
Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or one-time replacement of the defective part or, at our option, refunding of the purchase price (excluding any shipping, handling, labor or any other incidental charges). This warranty has no cash value and is limited to the amount of the original purchase price of the item.
This limited warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by accident, misuse, installation damage or any other damage, caused to the item, which changes the item from its original, new condition. This warranty does not apply if installed for commercial or racing purposes. For shipping damage claims please refer to our shipping policy. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To make a warranty claim, follow our return procedure by requesting an WRMA (Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization). Note, as part of the WRMA process, you may be required to provide photos or video of the item in question. Returns made without an WRMA will not be processed. The item must be returned, shipping prepaid, including the WRMA number on the outside of the shipping container and on any paperwork. This warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from MOTORO Parts or a MOTORO Parts authorized reseller.
Limited Warranty - Commercial/Fleet Vehicles
MOTORO warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for commercial use vehicles, for a period of 1 year/12,000 miles. The Warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the end user or else by actual proof of installation date and mileage documented by an appropriate, company vehicle service record.
Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or one-time replacement of the defective part or, at our option, refunding of the purchase price (excluding any shipping, handling, labor or any other incidental charges). This warranty has no cash value and is limited to the amount of the original purchase price of the item.
