- You can email the MOTORO PARTS team ([email protected]) with your custom car part drawings with part material and dimensions. As an experienced wholesale auto parts supplier, we are familiar with receiving NDA's. If you require an NDA, please provide us a copy for review.
- MOTORO PARTS will submit your design materials to our engineering team. They'll examine and evaluate your design to ensure the part will function as intended. Our team of engineers can also make suggestions for improvements, if necessary.
- After a final design has been agreed upon, MOTORO PARTS will proceed with one of our ISO-certified partner factories. We will provide you with a pricing quote and delivery timeline for your custom car part. Prior to production, we will also send you confirmation drawings and support documents, to make sure the parts are manufactured to your requirements.
- MOTORO PARTS will serve as your feet on the ground at our Taiwanese partner factory, as your part goes through the production process. Our aftermarket suspension parts and steering components are made from premium materials. The materials are particular to each component, selected for optimal durability and performance. Our partner factory operates using ISO/TS certified guidelines, ensuring best practices are followed. MOTORO PARTS conducts multiple quality checks before your custom car parts reach your hands. Quality checks occur during production, after assembly, prior to transport, and upon domestic arrival. Our team will be available for customer support through the delivery of your aftermarket custom car parts.
