When you order MOTORO car parts wholesale, the quality is proven through three individual inspection processes. After the part has been assembled, a quality control check is performed. Next, each part is inspected before getting packaged and shipped from our partner factory in Taiwan. Finally, a third inspection is conducted when the part arrives at our domestic warehouse in California.

How MOTORO Manufactures Aftermarket Auto Parts
Although each of the 5,000-plus part numbers we build is unique, they follow the same strict manufacturing process.
- Each aftermarket auto part is made with materials intended for rigorous use in its application. Material certifications are required for each production batch.
- For components requiring heat treatment, the process is varied for specific applications. Heat treatment profile documents are also required for each production batch.
- Component machining is performed by certified production facilities. The component dimensions are verified by Coordinate Measuring Machines. Dimensional verification reports are required for each production batch.
- Proven surface coatings such as zinc, e-coating, and manganese phosphate are used depending on the item’s specification. Higher grade coatings, such as powder coating and dacrotizing are used per customer requirement.
- Quality control checks are performed at various intervals during the production process. MOTORO PARTS also performs three separate post-production inspections, as previously mentioned.
- Quality Control Packets will include drawings, dimensional reports, material certifications, heat treatment profiles and certifications, and others based on customer requirements.
- Our partner factories are audited to ensure conformity to their quality systems certification. All partner manufacturing facilities are certified under either ISO 9001:2015 or TS-16949.
Product Testing for Trustworthy Results
- Pull out tests measure the force necessary to unseat a ball joint from its housing. These tests confirm that our aftermarket ball joints can withstand the wear and tear they’ll be subjected to in a steering and suspension system.
- Drop tests measure the integrity of ball studs. Ball studs are critical components of many steering and suspension parts, such as our aftermarket tie rod ends.
- Salt spray tests measure the durability of surface coatings. Resilient surface coatings are vital, as they protect the surface of a component from the surrounding environment.
